Our story starts way back
Our model
In our long career as corporate trainers, we have explored multiple training methods and techniques. Out of all the models, the best model for professionals is Instructor-led training, Classroom, or virtual. But only ILT doesn’t deliver either. Tapon Tech found that impactful training requires four things: a trainer who’s an industry expert, group activities, process and discipline, and live interaction.
